We retained Howard and his team at Landmark to manage our properties when we relocated to the Middle East in 2003 and we have no hesitation in recommending their service for its professionalism. When we relocated from the Middle East to New Zealand in 2007 we asked Howard to sell our main London property which he did. He arranged for three valuations and we were very much guided by Howard's understanding of the market at that time and went with his price recommendation.
